Writing Assignment: (Always do writing assignments after the readings. It makes a difference.) Write about anything you'd like, or chose one of the Natalie's topics from "A List of Topics for Writing Practice" (page 19 in my book).
Try free writing, try some of Natalie's suggestions... I like to write on a big sketch pad, so I can make diagrams, character sketches, maps, room layouts, etc. Get away from the computer to write... like in the cave days :-)
From your own writings, pick out a paragraph you like, then tell it from a different POV. Once you've finished writing your paragraph from the your own or Natalie's suggested topics, post both versions (two different POVs) on your Study Group Board. Remember, this is a place to learn, not to show off, so be bold and don't worry about what others think. If you have something you're proud of and want to show off, then send it to a magazine or to the fiction editor of t-zero (we writers like to show off our children).
